They open a new store on Rue de la Clef, one fashion brand that I like to follow: Sessun. Emma Francois, designer at the origin of the brand, studied first anthropology, that's why you really travel through different cultures when you look at her collections, with the subtle prints and colours; the different products work quite well in the whole story-atmosphere, refreshing I find...

"Aux Merveilleux" patisserie

"Aux Merveilleux" is a patisserie in Lille known for its special dessert "le merveilleux". See their website! I personally prefer the white chocolate version called "l'incroyable" made with speculos!

Definitely my favourite shoe-shop: MOOD.
Located rue de la Clef in the Old-Lille, inside a tiny space, I can be sure to find a gorgeous pair of shoes almost anytime... but generally pricy, excellent quality.

Tiny beautiful library!

Located rue de Gand, 28, "L'espace du dedans" had a selection of artistic hand-made book covers the other day, all very delightful... It's great to walk in the Old Lille, very charming, packed of restaurants, fashion shops, very inspiring, a bit of the Flanders soul you can feel in Lille.
